Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the temporary rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes, as well as to all other related services and deliveries provided by the hotel.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract comes into effect upon acceptance of the guest’s booking by the hotel. The booking confirmation will be provided in written or electronic form.

3. Services, Prices, Payment

The hotel is obliged to provide the rooms booked by the guest and to render the agreed services.

The guest is obliged to pay the applicable or agreed prices of the hotel for the room rental and any other services used.

Hotel invoices are due immediately upon receipt, without deduction, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Withdrawal / Cancellation

The guest’s withdrawal from the contract requires the written consent of the hotel.

If cancellation occurs within a certain period prior to arrival, the hotel may charge cancellation fees.

5. Hotel Liability

The hotel shall be liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

For items brought in by the guest, the hotel shall be liable in accordance with statutory provisions (§ 701 BGB – German Civil Code).

6. Pets

Bringing pets is only permitted with prior consent of the hotel and may be subject to an additional fee.

7. Final Provisions

Amendments or supplements to the contract or to these conditions must be made in written form.

Place of performance and payment is the location of the hotel.

German law shall apply.
